Common questions
Why does the catalog estimate differ from my invoice?
Provider billing can include caching, tools, regional taxes, batch discounts, tiering, or product-specific charges. Use manual exact cost when your invoice is the better source of truth. Catalog pricing is a planning reference and should be verified before a material decision.
Where are my workflows stored?
Your run ledger and reporting-currency preference are stored locally on your device. Unitwise does not sync this ledger to an account or cloud service. Export important records before deleting the app or changing devices.
How do I rename or delete a workflow?
Open Workflows, then use Edit or Delete on the relevant workflow. Renaming updates all saved runs in that workflow. Deleting a workflow removes its saved runs from the device and cannot be undone.
How do CSV exports work?
CSV export is a Pro feature. Open Reports or Settings, choose the export action, and use the iOS share sheet to save or send the file. The export is created on your device.
How do I restore Unitwise Pro?
Open the Pro plan screen and choose Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple ID used for the subscription. You can also review or cancel your plan in Apple subscription settings.
What does Unitwise Pro include?
Pro unlocks unlimited workflows and CSV exports. The free plan supports up to ten workflows. Available products, pricing, billing period, and renewal terms are displayed by the App Store before purchase.
The catalog is unavailable. What should I do?
Confirm that your device is online and try again. You can still record a manual exact cost. If the issue continues, contact us with the app version, iOS version, and the time the error occurred.
Contact us
Email support@fleetpilot.online. Include your iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of what happened. We aim to respond within two business days.
Do not email provider API keys, prompts, model responses, customer records, payment details, or other sensitive information. For billing refunds or payment-method issues, contact Apple Support because Apple processes App Store purchases.
