FiloPilot Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to the FiloPilot mobile application and related services for company admins and drivers.

Subscriptions

FiloPilot offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock company vehicle limits and plan features. Payment is charged to the Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Account Access

Company admins are responsible for the accounts, vehicles, drivers, and operational data created under their workspace. Driver access codes are issued by the company and may be revoked or rotated by the admin.

Use of Service

You agree to use FiloPilot only for lawful fleet, driver, and task operations. You must not misuse the service, interfere with system integrity, or attempt to access data outside your company workspace.

Support and Cancellation

Subscription management and cancellation can be handled through the Apple subscription settings on the device. For support questions, contact fleetpilothelp@gmail.com.
