ProofLens creates verifiable field service records. The app may process account information, work order details, live capture metadata, approximate location when allowed, device and app version details, file hashes, approvals, and generated report data.
ProofLens uses this information to create, verify, sync, and display service records, audit logs, and reports. We do not sell personal information.
Location is used only when the user grants permission and is attached to capture records as a verification signal. Photo library import is not part of the MVP workflow.
