FiloPilot is a fleet operations application used by company admins and drivers to manage vehicles, tasks, live location activity, support messaging, and subscription access.

• Operational data such as vehicles, drivers, tasks, support conversations, notifications, and subscription records.
• Location data when the app is being used for active driver and fleet tracking features.

How We Use Data

We use this information to authenticate users, run fleet workflows, display task and vehicle status, support live tracking, respond to support requests, and maintain subscription limits tied to each company account.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is processed only to operate the service and may be shared with infrastructure providers required to host the app, deliver notifications, and validate App Store subscriptions.
