JobClose Privacy Policy
JobClose is a local-first app for site reports, punch lists, photo attachments, and PDF report exports. This policy explains what data the app uses and how optional Cloud Backup works.
Data Stored On Your Device
JobClose stores projects, punch items, report notes, photo references, annotations, settings, and entitlement state locally on your device. Local data is not uploaded unless you choose to enable Cloud Backup.
Optional Cloud Backup
If you subscribe to Cloud Backup and set it up, JobClose can upload project records, punch items, reports, annotations, and selected app photos to the JobClose backend so you can restore them later. Cloud Backup uses your email address and a 6-digit PIN for backup identity and restore access.
Photos And Camera
JobClose asks for camera or photo library access only when you choose to capture or attach site photos. Photos are used for punch items and reports. Photos are uploaded only if Cloud Backup is enabled and you run backup.
Purchases
In-app purchases are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play using native store billing. JobClose does not use RevenueCat or another third-party purchase provider.
Tracking And Ads
JobClose does not show ads and does not track users across apps or websites.
