Easy PDF Signer is a document scanning, PDF signing and AI document reading app for iPhone. This Privacy Policy explains what information is handled when you use the app.

Information the app handles

• Documents you scan, import, edit, export or share.
• Signatures, text and dates you add to PDF files.
• Camera access when you choose to scan a document.
• AI input files and generated AI results when you choose to use AI PDF Parser or AI Document Reader.
• Purchase entitlement status provided by Apple for Pro access.

Local document storage

Your scanned and imported documents are stored locally on your device by default. The app does not upload your documents unless you choose to share/export them or use an AI feature.

AI features

When you use an AI feature, the selected PDF or image is sent to our secure proxy at fleetpilot.online and then to the AI processing provider used by the app. The generated markdown or text is returned to the app and may be saved locally in your history so you can view previous results.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment card details. The app only uses purchase entitlement information needed to unlock Pro features.

Server logs

Our server may process standard technical logs such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL and user agent for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting and rate limiting. These logs are not used for advertising or tracking.

Tracking and ads

Easy PDF Signer does not sell your personal information, does not show third-party ads and does not use third-party advertising trackers.

Data sharing

We share data only when needed to operate the app, such as processing AI requests, handling Apple in-app purchase status, complying with legal obligations or protecting the app from abuse.

Children's privacy

Easy PDF Signer is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app changes. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
